I looked up.

He nodded.

My voice was calm. “And now?”
Daniel met my eyes. “They’re collapsing. The authorities moved this morning.”
My heart didn’t race. It settled. For the first time… this was broke within hours. Arrests. Multiple names.
Company raids. Frozen accounts. And right in the center of it—Garrett. He was taken from his office in handcuffs. The same man who once stood proud at the altar… now couldn’t even lift his head.
