Meat balls with potatoes

Steps

 

 

 

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

5. While the meatballs are baking, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the potatoes on a separate baking sheet.

6. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.

7. Serve the meatballs with the roasted potatoes and enjoy!
